Agreement: By booking a travel service with

Role of MARIO TRAVELS
: The company acts as an agent for third-party providers, such as airlines, hotels, and transportation services. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.
Governing law: All legal matters will be construed in accordance with the laws of Ranchi Jurisdiction and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi.
2. Booking and payment
Booking confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified deposit or full payment and a written confirmation from MARIO TRAVELS.
Payment schedule:
A minimum deposit of [25% to 50%] of the total cost is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation charges: Include a clear, tiered cancellation policy with fees increasing closer to the departure date. For example:
